Helpdesk contract: Support is provided over the phone by a product specialist, who will assist you in matters related to the working and/or handling of the installation.

Intervention contract 8h: If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a technician will go on location, at the latest 8 hours after you place your call, in order to make the installation operational again, either temporarily or permanently.
