Maintenance of Sprinkler systems
Managing corrosion and sedimentation
Maintenance
The lifetime of a sprinklersystem varies between 15 and 25 years, depending on the environmental conditions. Nevertheless, sprinkler systems are subject to corrosion, causing sedimentation and eventually obstructions in the pipes. This can cause leaks but also invisible damage inside.
A periodic review of the system is therefore not only recommended, but also prescribed in many international standards. Through endoscopic research sprinkler pipes can be checked from the inside for leaks or obstructions.
Somati offers different types of contracts to guarantee a professional maintenance of your sprinkler installation.
- Helpdesk contract: A product specialist gives you assistance over the phone regarding the working and/or handling of the installation.
- Intervention contract 24 hours: If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a technician goes on location, at the latest 24 hours after your call, in order to make the installation operational again, either temporarily or permanently.
