Gas extinguishing systems
In critical environments with sensitive equipment, water would cause a lot of damage when controlling or extinguishing a fire. Automatic gas extinguishing systems therefore use chemical or inert gasses to control a starting fire in server- and datarooms. Gasses (IG-55, Novec, COČ) are injected under high pressure into a room and replace the oxygen that every fire needs to burn.

Sprinkler systems
Sprinkler systems are used to protect large surfaces against fire. A network of tubes, equipped with temperature sensitive sprinklers and driven by powerful pumps, covers the risk zone. When temperature rises due to fire, the sprinkler above the fire will burst and sprinkle water to extinguish and cool down the environment.
